Startups have a superpower - they’re able to get to know all of their customers really well. As companies scale however, some of that magic inevitably gets lost.
We’re building a product that aligns companies behind what their customers care about - whether you’re working on the product, customer support, GTM, research or customer success.
We think the best products are built by companies where everyone focuses on customers, and want to help create more companies like that.
We also think such companies make the best places to work at, which is why we spend a significant chunk of our time with our customers and in our own product.
We’re really early in our journey.
We have a (barely) functioning product, early customers and revenue.
We’ve raised funding from 500 startups, Change Ventures and a number of founders and executives we love, like Markus Villig, Harsh Sinha and Janer Gorohhov. We can give you more details over a call, but we have runway for a solid while.
We’re small, and generally work in person in our office in Noblessner, Tallinn.
That said, we’re open to remote in European timezones for someone really exceptional who can’t relocate. For example, our head of design is based out of Barcelona.
We’re currently looking for an ambitious generalist product engineer to join us, preferrably with a data focus. This role is for a really early engineer who will have a large say in what and how we build together at Align.
